Do I need to pay for ads on top of your fee?
Yes. Ad spend goes directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and is completely separate from our management fee. You pay Meta directly via your own card — we never handle your ad budget. This is standard practice and keeps everything fully transparent. For US practices we recommend a minimum of $2,000/month in ad spend to generate meaningful volume.
Can you guarantee results?
No ethical agency can guarantee specific lead volumes — and you should be cautious of any that do. What we guarantee is clinical-grade campaign strategy, weekly optimisation, and full transparency on performance data. Practices running well-targeted campaigns for implants and cosmetic treatments consistently see enquiries at $30–80 per lead. One converted implant patient covers months of management fees.
How quickly will I see results?
